When you use our services (clients & professionals), as a clinical case management provider we may collect and process personal and sensitive data, including full name, address, date of birth, contact details, health and medical history, case records, care plans, risk assessments, therapy notes, legal information (e.g., solicitor contacts), images or recordings used for clinical care, and vocational and education-related information. We only collect information necessary for service delivery and always in accordance with GDPR.

How We Store and Protect Your Data: Your data is stored securely in cloud-based systems, including Qunote (for client notes – GDPR-compliant) and Google Workspace (for documents – GDPR-compliant). We use encrypted devices, password protection, and two-factor authentication. All staff and associates follow strict IT and data security procedures, including remote wipe capabilities and secure file transfers.


Data Retention: Adult client records are retained for 8 years after case closure, employment data for 6–7 years after employment ends, enquiry form data for 12 months, and website analytics for 12 months (anonymous data only). After the retention period, data is securely deleted.


Your Rights Under GDPR: You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections or deletions, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent (where applicable), request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the ICO.
